Bambie's Story:
Bambie was what started this Min Pin Craz. He was the first and the start of it all. Bambie was purchased for me as a Valentine gift. I have to say I did not want a little dog I was looking for a BIG dog for in the house. But the old man did not want a big dog.
He ask me what about a Miniature Pinscher? I said what the heck is that. So he explained.
We went over to Jesse's friend Bob & Regina's house they had some pups. I believe they where all black/rust. They also had this male that Bob had just purchased for his wife and she was not too fond of him.
They told us they where not to sure of his color. He was not like their red female. She had a black nose and this young boy had a chocolate nose. Bob said that he may be a pure chocolate. I was not sure what color he was nor did I really care. LOL Like I said I did not know any thing about the breed.
We took him home as you already know. Know I can tell you he is a chocolate stag red.
Boy did I have a lot to learn LOL.
Bambie had his ears cropped on Valentines day. He was the saddest thing I had ever seen when he came home from the vets. He would put his paws over his ears and cry. I felt so bad.
Bambie's first experience with lifting his leg. Was the best he hiked his leg on my brother boot . (that he was wearing) It was great..
Bambie was a great dog. With that I started my research on the Miniature Pinscher. I found out that Bambie is over the AKC breed standard.. With him standing at 13" he is 1/2 inch over the standard.
Bambie has sired many of our litters here. He produces offspring of the smaller size. (yes he has produced 2 pups that went over). We have kept bambies daughters, sons & granddaughters. He is an awesome stud and I would not trade him for anything. T
